The ChefAlps portfolio is extremely gratifying. In past years, about 8,000 visitors and 230 journalists watched the cooking presentations of the star chefs, who, in total, had 100 Michelin stars and 470 GaultMillau points, and originated from 20 different countries. The International Cooking Summit in Zurich has evolved to become the most important Swiss event in the sector, with international participation. Cuisine, hotel and restaurant professionals, but also up-and-coming talents, take advantage of ChefAlps to gain inspiration. Thus, the specialized symposium provides a significant impetus for Swiss gastronomy.
